In Fall 2021, Minneapolis Public Schools Hall STEM Academy in Minneapolis’ beautifully diverse Jordan neighborhood, located on the ancestral and contemporary lands of Indigenous people, welcomes students from throughout the city. Hall provides a foundation for students to develop as critical thinkers and problem solvers in an active, student-centered learning environment focusing on academic, social and emotional growth. The school’s new STEM program education empowers students to inquire, research, and design collaborative solutions for their community through hands-on experiences.

Grades 1-12 begin on Tuesday, September 8th
Pre-K and Kindergarten begin on Thursday, September 10th
MPS has a variety of supports to help students and families manage the stress and anxiety they are experiencing during these trying times.
Families should know these support resources are free and that multilingual assistance is available.
• MPS emergency food sites will continue to be open as usual this week.
Stay tuned to MPS social media for updates. Locations and schedules are available throughout the city. Food boxes contain items for 14 meals with seven breakfasts and seven lunches available to any child 18 years and under.
MPS will continue to distribute free food boxes beyond the end of the school year and through at least Friday, July 24. We will keep the community informed as plans develop for August and beyond. Please visit our website for the latest information.
